Gin Bobby's Pinang Raci Spiced is een kruidige gin die de connectie laat zien tussen Nederlands vakmanschap en de aromatische tradities van Indonesië. De gin is geïnspireerd door grootvader Jacobus ‘Bobby’ Alfons, geboren in Naku op het Molukse specerijeneiland Ambon. Bobby combineerde ooit Nederlandse jenever met de kruiden en smaken van zijn geboorteland, wat een nieuw soort spirit opleverde. Zijn kleinzonen Sebastiaan en David zetten deze traditie voort met de introductie van Pinang Raci Spice Blend No.1, een moderne interpretatie van Bobby’s originele kruidenmix. Het resultaat is een aromatische gin die de smaken van Indonesische specerijen omarmt.

Serveer met tonic, een schijfje limoen en een kaneelstokje. Voor iets speciaals: probeer een "Spice Island Martini" met droge vermout en sinaasappelbitters.
