Prachtige Port met een licht aroma van geroosterde amandelen en kaneel. De kleur is diep amber goud. De smaak is rijk met een lange afdronk, maar “The Tawny” heeft tevens een stevig karakter met een evenwichtige zuurgraad en zachte tannines. “It’s what’s in the Barrel that counts !” Traditioneel, met 7 jaar houtrijping. De vaten voor het rijpen van Port, zijn vaten die eerder voor het rijpen van wijnen zijn gebruikt. In tegenstelling tot 10 en 20 jaar oude Tawny Ports, heeft men de vrijheid bij Graham’s “The Tawny” om een wijn te creëren naar eigen voorkeuren en ervaring. Dit is de perfecte port voor een ontspannen moment, na een diner met romige, rijpe kazen, een caramelpudding, notentaart of gewoon een memorabel samenzijn met vrienden. Bij warm weer kan hij het best gekoeld worden genoten.
