De koffie is een Bourbon-variëteit, groeit op 1500-2100 m hoogte nabij het meer van Atitlan en Guatemala. De plantage ligt dicht bij een natuurgebied met een oud tropisch bos en een verscheidenheid aan dieren omringd door drie vulkanen.
De fruitige smaak heeft tonen van sinaasappel, necatrine, chocolade en noten. De branding is medium waarbij de smaak heerlijk is met een volle body en heerlijke afdronk. Deze koffie wordt in onze winkel op medium niveau gebrand en is goed voor espresso en perfect voor filter (aeropress, drip etc.).
