De Ierse Bioverde zalm wordt gehouden in de oceaan 6 km van de Ierse westkust. Op initiatief van Bioverde wordt er sinds1995 volgens strenge biologische normen zalm geteeld. De zalm is gekweekt in water van goede kwaliteit met voldoende ruimte en alleen gevoerd met wilde vis uit de oceaan en biologisch geteelde granen.De zalm is mild gerookt op beukenhout en verfijnd met zeezout.
Gebruiker Tips: Ten minste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum mits gekoeld bewaard (max. 7 ° C). Na openen beperkt houdbaar.
Suggesties: Heerlijk met bijvoorbeeld citroensap, extra vergine olijfolie, kappertjes en mierikswortelcreme.
