Koel en droog bewaren
Gebruik : Gebruik voor basisbouillon 2,5 gram (5-6 cm) kombu. Kombu enkele keren goed afspoelen; weken (ca. 15 min) ; weekwater weggooien; en breng kombu in een pan met 1 liter water in ca. 20 minuten langzaam aan de kook. Verwijder de kombu voordat de bouillon kookt.
