De studio heeft talloze onderscheidingen ontvangen, waaronder de Swiss Design Award, de iF design award, de Wallpaper Design Award, de Good Design Award, de Hublot Design Award en Design Preis Schweiz. De werken van BIG-GAME maken deel uit van de collecties van het Museum für Gestaltung, het Musée du Grand-Hornu, het Centre Georges Pompidou en het MoMA.
