Description
Moerbeibessen zijn in gedroogde staat gerimpeld van structuur met een natuurlijk zoete, licht honing-achtige smaak. Moerbeibessen zijn knapperig en worden zacht op het moment dat ze met vocht in aanraking komen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer ze door de yoghurt of kwark worden gemengd.
De moerbeibessen komen oorspronkelijk uit China, waar ze al tradities lang als gezond voedingsmiddel worden beschouwd en in de volksgeneeskunde worden gebruikt. Tegenwoordig worden ze veelal in Turkije verbouwd.
Allergie informatie: van nature glutenvrij, verpakt in een bedrijf waar ook pinda’s en noten worden verwerkt.
