Usage:
English : To prepare dosas, mix 1 cup of MTR Dosa powder with 1 cup of water to form a smooth batter. The batter should be of thick but pouring consistency. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan. Spread the batter evenly to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry. Loosen the dosa with a spatula and fold it in half. Serve hot with sambar, chutney, or your favorite filling.
Gebruik (Dutch) : Om dosa's te bereiden, meng 1 kop MTR Dosa-poeder met 1 kop water om een glad beslag te vormen. Het beslag moet dik maar gietbaar zijn. Verwarm een anti-aanbakpan op medium vuur en giet een pollepel van het beslag op de pan. Verdeel het beslag gelijkmatig om een dunne laag te vormen.
