- Heat a non-stick pan or a flat skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
- Add your preferred toppings such as onions, tomatoes, chilies, and coriander.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
