Deze prosecco is gemaakt door de familie Pizzolato, uit Treviso Italië. Zij maken al meer dan 5 generaties wijn en werken biologisch sinds 1991. Naast dat biologisch wijnmaken voor Cantina Pizzolato vanzelfsprekend is, blijven ze ook innoveren om zo min mogelijk (negatieve) impact te maken op het millieu. Zo worden de wijnen op stroom van eigen zonnepanelen gemaakt! Deze sprankelende Pinot Grigio heeft een prachtige strogele kleur met licht koperkleurige reflecties. De wijn heeft zachte aroma's van bloemen: een evenwichtige wijn met een aanhoudende smaak. Heerlijk als aperitief of bij fruit. Alcoholpercentage: 11,5%.
