kinderen tot 4 jaar: 1 capsule voor het ontbijt
kinderen van 5 -12 jaar: 2 capsules voor het ontbijt
kinderen vanaf 13 jaar: 3 capsules voor het ontbijt
volwassenen: 3 capsules voor het ontbijt
Ter ondersteuning bij ernstige klachten 1 of 2 capsules voor het slapen gaan
Algemeen: capsules innemen met water of vruchtendrank, NIET met melkproducten!
Liefst bij het gebruik bij het ontbijt geen suikers gebruiken (jam, hagelslag etc.)
Dit product niet gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap en het geven van borstvoeding.
