De wijngaarden liggen daar, waar de warme wind uit de droge Sierra de Cantabria tegen de koelere mediterrane wind aanbotst.

Omschrijving en details
Subtiele fruit aroma’s van peer, pruimen en appel. Lichte hint van hout met een vleugje sigaardoos, ceder hout. Subtiele, elegante wijn en zeer complex.
Moderne vinificatie met lagering op Amerikaanse eiken vaten gedurende 20 maanden en daarna vele maanden op fles voordat de wijn op de markt komt. Combineer deze wijn met gegrild of gebraden rood vlees of wild. Overjarige Hollandse kazen.
