Stoofgerecht gemaakt van reevlees, in een gebonden saus van cranberry's, veenbessen en rode wijn. Rijk gevuld met champignons en cranberry's. Wij adviseren 250- 350 gram per persoon
Opwarmen in de oven 160 C 20-25 minuten
Ingredienten: reevlees, prei, ui, bospaddestoelen, champignons, crandberry's, veenbessen, rode wijn, room, knoflook, boter, tomatenpuree, suiker, olie, eiwitten (tarwe-eiwit), tarwemeel, aromaâ??s (met gerst). Mogelijke sporen van soja, eieren, melk, selderij, tarwe, appel, kruiden en specerijen (peper, kruidnagel, jeneverbessen, nootmuskaat), kruiden (tijm, rozemarijn, laurier, majoraan)
