Deze prosecco wordt gemaakt door de vrouwelijke wijnmakers Daniela Caldart en haar vrouw. Dat is bijzonder in een door mannen gedomineerde wijnwereld. De wijngaard ligt op een zeer heuvelachtige grond van rotsige kalk en dit geeft de wijn mooie zuren, de geur is van vers gemaaid gras en de natuurlijke gistingen zorgen voor een zeer aangename bubbel. Eindelijk een prosecco van wereldklasse!
Op dit moment slepen de dames de ene prijs na de ander in de wacht!
