Deze Ruby port wordt gemaakt op het wijnbedrijf van de familie Quevedo, waar inmiddels de 5e generatie aan het roer staat. Al sinds 1889 verbouwt men druiven in de Douro regio om hier port van te maken. Ze werken biologisch vanuit de visie dat de natuur hun de druiven geeft en ze hier verstandig mee om moeten gaan. De Port heeft een intense paarse kleur en aroma's van bramen en blauwe bessen. Heerlijk bij een kaasplankje of chocolade. Alcoholpercentage: 19,5%.
