Diepe goudgele kleur. In de neus herkent men rijpe abrikoos gevolgd van gedroogde vruchten in de smaak, ook duidelijk zijn aroma’s van de botrytis (edele rotting). Rijk, intens en een mooie balans. Een delicate zuurgraad in de afdronk zorgt voor complexiteit. Te serveren als aperitief, bij foie gras. Mooie opmerkelijke dessertwijn, stijl Sauternes.
