De schapenzuivel van het Zuid-Franse bedrijf Bergerie wordt geproduceerd in La Canourgue Lozère. Bergerie werkt al jarenlang samen met kleine lokale schapenboeren. De Lacaune schapen lopen in de weides van de hooglanden van Lozère en worden s winters bijgevoerd met geurig hooi en granen. Verspreid over deze biologische boerderijen heeft Bergerie 120 bijenkorven geplaatst om te biodiversiteit de bevorderen. Deze milde schapenkwark is heerlijk als ontbijt met vers fruit en muesli of als toetje.
