Doordat de druiven geteeld worden op de kalkrijke bodems van Zeeland krijgt het mooie lichte zuren (groene appel) en tropisch fruit aroma's. Denk hierbij aan lychees en mandarijn. Daarbij heeft het de ziltigheid aanwezig van de zeewind.

Zeeuwse producten uit de zee. Een mooie begeleider van rauwe oesters maar gaat ook goed bij gekookte mosselen.
Wijndomein En Passant
De wijngaard van Wijndomein En Passant is zeer klein, namelijk 0,5 hectare. Deze halve hectare is goed voor zo'n 2500 flessen wijn. Een zeer beperkte oplage dus van deze kwaliteitswijn uit Zeeland.
