De spelt voor deze pasta is op biodynamische wijze geteeld in de regio. Sinds jaar en dag kiest de boerenfamilie voor zaadvaste graanrassen. Dit graangewas heeft van nature een goede weerstand tegen ziektes en plagen en kunnen op eigen kracht vruchtbaar zaad voortbrengen. Na de oogst wordt dus een klein gedeelte van het graan apart gehouden als zaadgoed voor het volgende groeiseizoen, waardoor de boer jaar in jaar uit zelfstandig blijft. De rest gaat naar de Spielberger Molen, waar de molenaars gehele graankorrels malen. Deze pasta is op ambachtelijke wijze gemaakt, wat de beste smaak garandeert. Smaakvol, volwaardig en vitaal meel van dichtbij de natuur.
