De tarwe voor dit meel is op biodynamische wijze geteeld. Sinds jaar en dag kiest de boerenfamilie voor zaadvaste graanrassen. Dit gewas heeft van nature een goede weerstand tegen ziektes en plagen en kunnen op eigen kracht vruchtbaar zaad voortbrengen. Na de oogst wordt dus een klein gedeelte van het graan apart gehouden als zaadgoed voor het volgende groeiseizoen, waardoor de boer jaar in jaar uit zelfstandig blijft. De rest gaat naar de Spielberger Molen, waar de molenaars malen.
