Deze Touraine Oisly van Domaine des Corbillières is een wijn met delicate aroma’s van citrusfruit, nectarine en bloemen. Een geconcentreerde en elegante wijn die uiterst geschikt is als aperitief maar ook heerlijk bij een tartaar van vis of diverse gebakken vis.
Deze Fabel Barbou wordt gemaakt van 100% sauvignon blanc. De druiven zijn afkomstig van 40 tot 55 jaar oude stokken en staan aangeplant op zand- en kleibodems. De bodem bevat ook kleine delen kwarts en is erg arm in voedingsstoffen. Domaine des Corbillières gebruikt geen chemische meststoffen en houdt het aantal trossen klein voor een optimale rijping. De gemiddelde opbrengst is met 45 hl/ha erg laag. Na de oogst vergist het sap in roestvrijstalen tanks. Er worden uitsluitend gistculturen uit eigen wijngaarden gebruikt en het hele proces duurt ongeveer vier tot zes weken. De wijn rijpt vervolgens vijf tot zes maanden op de lie.
