Beschrijving: Beschrijving Het biodynamische keurmerk Demeter staat voor de puurste vorm van landbouw. Biodynamische telers koesteren de natuurlijke bodemvruchtbaarheid van hun land. Alleen van gezonde akkers kun je immers vitale kool oogsten. Met veelvuldige teeltwisselingen en voedzame mest van eigen vee zorgen de telers voor een rijk en gevarieerd bodemleven in de volle grond. Kruidenrijke zomen rondom de Nederlandse akkers trekken insecten aan die de groei en bloei van de witte kool helpen bevorderen. Demeterboeren zijn de ware rentmeesters van onze aarde: ze gebruiken biodiversiteit in plaats van die te bestrijden.
