Description
Een salsa van de zwarte zomertruffel op olijfolie. Heerlijk door de pasta saus of door risotto. Bij vlees en vis komt de smaak ook goed tot zijn recht. Daarnaast te gebruiken om truffelmayonaise te maken.
Ingrediënten:
- Champignons, extra virgin olijfolie, zwarte zomer truffel (10%), eekhoorntjesbrood, zwarte olijven, kappertjes, ansjovis, zout, aroma`s, kruiden
Na openen 10 dagen in koelkast bewaren.
Tip: Bedekken met pure olijfolie wanneer het de koelkast in gaat, zodat de olijfolie gaat stollen en er geen bacteriën bijkomen. Of de salsa kan ingevroren worden in ijsblokjes vorm en gebruik dan 1 of 2 blokjes om een gerecht te bereiden.
