"Deze Golden Blend is geassembleerd met lambikken uit drie verschillende vaten en vijf verschillende brouwsels. De lambikken werden gebrouwen door drie verschillende brouwerijen. Het is een van de eerste assemblages waarin we lambik gebruiken, gebrouwen door Brouwerij De Troch in Wambeek. Begin 2016 werd de oudste lambik gebrouwen.
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend is een assemblage van van één tot (minstens 25%) vier jaar oude lambik. Spontaan vergist. Gerijpt op eiken vaten. Lange bewaring op fles. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd."
