AlgemeenAard'g Waterkefir Original is een smakelijke en suikervrije frisdrank op basis van gefilterd en gefermenteerd water met vijgen en citroen. Kefir ontstaat door fermentatie. Fermentatie is een proces waarbij micro-organismen, zoals bacteriën, schimmels en gisten, worden gebruikt waarna er een probiotica- en enzymencultuur wordt gecreëerd. Aard'g Waterkefir Original fermenteert zelfs minstens 3 maanden, wat aanzienlijk langer is dan de voorgeschreven fermentatietijd van 2 dagen. U merkt het verschil in de smaak en kwaliteit. Ook is dit bijzondere drankje biologische en niet gepasteuriseerd waardoor alle goede bacteriën levend blijven. Dat maakt van kefir een heerlijke en verantwoorde dorstlesser!
Aard'g Kombucha Original is geheel vrij van conserveringsmiddelen en bevat geen toegevoegde zoetstoffen, geur-, kleur- of smaakstoffen. Tijdens het fermentatieproces wordt de rietsuiker namelijk volledig omgezet. Hierdoor is kefir een goed alternatief voor suikerrijke frisdranken. Ingrediënten
