Description
Absinth St. George Verte was de eerste legale Amerikaanse absint na het opheffen van het verbod in de VS. Deze absinth wordt met de hand gedistilleerd in Californië en bevat een mix van traditionele en unieke botanicals. De basis bestaat uit alsem, venkel en anijs, maar wat St. George echt bijzonder maakt, is de tweede infusie met kruiden zoals munt, dragon, basilicum, citroenmelisse, hysop en brandnetel. Dit geeft de absint een complex, kruidig en bloemig karakter. Perfect om traditioneel te serveren met water en suiker, maar ook een interessante toevoeging aan klassieke cocktails zoals de Sazerac of een Absinthe Frappé.
