Deze amandelpasta van Horizon bestaat voor uit geroosterde amandelen en een klein beetje zeezout, verder niets! De amandelpasta is heerlijk als broodbeleg, maar ook om te verwerken in baksels, smoothies of havermoutpap. Puur genieten! Elk nootje van deze pasta is in het land van oorsprong ingekocht. Bij een boerencoöperatie met een eigen verwerkingsfabriek voor amandelen waar Horizon al meer dan 25 jaar mee samenwerkt. Eigenaar Gaston legt de lat hoog wat betreft de kwaliteit. Voor deze amandelpasta bezoekt hij elk jaar de Spaanse boerencoöperatie Almendrera del Sur. Hier werken de boeren op een gezonde en stabiele bodem.
