Amiset Magnesium Poeder helpt u fysiek en mentaal fit en ontspannen houden. Deze vorm van magnesium levert een werkzame dosering in een goed opneembaar poeder. Voldoende magnesium is goed voor uw brein: geheugen, concentratie en geestelijke balans en goed voor het lichaam: tanden/botten, behoud van soepele spieren en ook opnieuw fit worden.
Dosering
Meng ongeveer 1 uur voor het slapen gaan 1 theelepel met melk of sap.
