VINIFICATIE - RIJPING
Handmatige oogst.
Ontstelen op 80%
Traditionele vinificatie in rood (overpompen, controle van
temperaturen, lange vatting) die zich aanpast aan elk kenmerk van de
vintage.
Gerijpt in vaten en vervolgens 12 maanden in eikenhouten vaten.
Verkoop na drie jaar rijping.
PROEVEN
De familie is erg gehecht aan het traditionele, complexe en
robuust en tegelijkertijd elegant en harmonieus, vooral niet té
uittreksels. De vintage uit 2015 behaalde een gouden medaille op het Concours
Algemene Landbouw van Parijs
