AOV 331 Vitamine C Calcium Ascorbaat Poeder is een minder zure vorm van Vitamine C. In de verpakking vindt u een handig doseerlepeltje om gemakkelijk de gewenste hoeveelheid af te meten. De vitamine C kan worden opgelost in water.
Vitamine C ondersteunt de afweer en zorgt mede, naast andere belangrijke stoffen zoals vitamine D, voor een goede weerstand. Daarnaast is vitamine C belangrijk voor een goede conditie van de bloedvaten, voor het behoud van sterke botten en tanden en voor een gezonde huid. Vitamine C is tevens belangrijk voor de opname van ijzer.
- Niet zure vorm van vitamine C in poedervorm.
- Mild voor maag en darmen.
- Eenvoudig te doseren en in te nemen.
Dosering
1-3x daags 1,5 gram (= circa 1 doseerlepeltje) oplossen in water bij een maaltijd, tenzij anders geadviseerd. De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
