Description
Doragrossa Bitter is een traditioneel Italiaans aperitief uit Turijn, geïnspireerd op recepten uit de 19e eeuw. De Doragrossa-serie brengt historische Italiaanse dranken opnieuw tot leven met bewondering voor vakmanschap en lokale ingrediënten. Deze bitter is een mix van aromatische kruiden, sinaasappelschil, rabarber en gentiaanwortel. In de mond is hij evenwichtig bitter met florale en citrusachtige tonen, afgerond met een subtiele kruidigheid. Anders dan commerciële bitters is Doragrossa minder stroperig en biedt hij meer diepte, waardoor hij zich uitstekend leent voor verfijnde aperitieven.
Cocktailtip: Perfect voor een Negroni met een zachte, kruidige toets of in een klassieke Americano – geserveerd met rode vermouth en een scheut bruiswater over ijs.
