Description
Aperatief Zucca Rabarbaro is een donker amberkleurige Italiaanse amaro met een rijke historie die teruggaat tot 1845. Oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld als een medicinale infusie, groeide Zucca uit tot een populaire digestief. De drank wordt gemaakt op basis van Chinese rabarberwortel (rabarbaro), aangevuld met geneeskrachtige kruiden, sinaasappelschil en kardemom. Dit zorgt voor een unieke bitterzoete smaak met een licht rokerige en aardse intensiteit.
Zucca is veelzijdig te gebruiken: heerlijk puur na een maaltijd, maar ook een verrassende mixer in cocktails. Met een scheutje frisdrank en een schijfje citrus komt de kruidige complexiteit nog beter naar voren als aperitief.
