Deze Franse appelazijn van Coteaux Nantais heeft een bijzonder volle smaak, vanwege de ambachtelijke rijping in eikenhouten vaten. Heerlijk in dressings en andere gerechten. De Bretonse fruittelers van Côteaux Nantais telen en verwerken al meer dan een halve eeuw zo’n 30 verschillende soorten appels, peren, aardbeien, kiwi’s, perziken en pruimen. De boomgaarden liggen in het zuidwesten van Bretagne. Ze werken al 35 jaar biologisch en sinds 20 jaar ook biodynamisch.Suggesties
Deze azijn doet het heel goed in saladedressings. Tip: druppel eens wat van deze appelazijn over een versgebakken visje. Dit haalt de smaak enorm op. Of meng een theelepeltje met wat (bruisend) mineraalwater voor een lekker fris zomerdrankje!Ingrediënten
