What you see, is what you get (maar dan op klompen). In onze receptuur is het de vrucht zelf die de smaak maakt. Daar is kennis van fruit voor nodig. Fruit is een natuurproduct en geen oogst is hetzelfde. Als fruitkenners werken we daarom voortdurend met de beste mix van rassen uit de nieuwe oogst. Voor maximale grip op de kwaliteit, doen we bijna alles in eigen huis. Dat begint bij de selectie van het fruit bij de telers. Daarnaast het persen van de vruchten tot sap en het direct aansluitend bottelen van het versgeperste sap. Het gehele proces van appel tot in de fles vindt plaats in minder dan één uur! Het resultaat? Een smaakherinnering die de echte fijnproever zeker bijblijft!
