Description
Delord Fine 3 Years is een toegankelijke en karaktervolle Armagnac uit de Bas-Armagnac regio, het hart van traditionele Armagnac-productie. Deze expressie, gerijpt gedurende drie jaar in eikenhouten vaten, combineert het vakmanschap van vier generaties Delord-distillateurs met een eerbied voor terroir en traditie. Het gebruik van eenmalige distillatie zorgt ervoor dat de complexe smaken van de druiven en het lokale karakter volledig tot hun recht komen.
Productieproces
De Armagnac wordt gemaakt van een blend van vier druivensoorten: Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche en Baco. Elke soort wordt apart gevinifieerd, waarna de distillatie plaatsvindt in traditionele "alambics". Het rijpingsproces in zorgvuldig geselecteerde eiken vaten geeft de spirit zijn ronde karakter en subtiele houttonen.
Geur en smaak
- Neus: Aroma's van verse appel, druiven en een vleugje vanille.
- Smaak: Vol en rond, met fruitige tonen van appel en druiven, ondersteund door lichte houtkruiden.
- Afdronk: Zacht en uitnodigend, ideaal om puur te drinken.
