Ik heb een heel mooi strak wit porseleinen servies, maar zo nu en dan is het leuk om dat te combineren met iets speciaals, iets dat juist totaal niet strak is, vind je niet?
En als je dan ook nog eens zo overheerlijk gaat eten, dan is het feest compleet!
Asperges, ham, gekookte eieren, nieuwe aardappelen en gesmolten boter. Je mag me er middenin de nacht voor wakker maken!
Serveer vanaf nu je asperges op deze prachtige uitlekschaal. Deze heeft een gezellige vintage vibe, maar is nieuw gemaakt in Italie.
Een uitlekschaal? Jazeker, twee schalen op elkaar. De bovenste schaal heeft gaatjes, zodat het kookvocht op de schaal eronder kan druipen zodat jesperges ze niet in een lauwwarm plasje drijven.
De asperges zijn in reliëf en hebben een lekker fel groen kleurtje gekregen, de peterselie is geschilderd. Beide schalen hebben een groen randje.
