Our Baby Gouda Natural cheese is young, creamy and mild in flavor. The soft texture melts easily, making it an excellent choice for a grilled cheese sandwich. It is also fantastic as snacking cubes alongside carrot sticks and apple slices
All our Baby Gouda cheese are produced locally in the northern part of the Netherlands from using pasteurized milk with vegetarian rennet.
Food pairings:
Green apples, ham and mustard, on a sandwich, sweet fruits like strawberry, melon and kiwi.
Drink parings:
Our ACC Beer
This cheese is vegetarian. It's made with vegetarian rennet and 4 weeks old.
