Our Baby Gouda truffle has a rich authentic truffle flavor. It is earthy and nutty. The texture is creamy and tastes delicious!
All our Baby Gouda cheese are produced locally in the northern part of the Netherlands from using pasteurized milk with vegetarian rennet.
Food pairings:
Scrambled eggs and omelets, burgers with sautéed mushrooms. Popcorn! Dare to be bold.
Drink pairings:
Chardonnay, Gamay, Syrah, Sweet brown ale.
This cheese is vegetarian. It's made with vegetarian rennet and 4 weeks old.
