Matcha thee wordt traditioneel bereid door één bamboe lepeltje Matcha poeder te mengen met een beetje water en er vervolgens een pasta van te maken (of de poeder te zeven) in een kom. Vervolgens giet je hier circa 60 ml warm water (70-80 graden) op. Geen kokend water, want dit zorgt voor een bittere smaak en dan gaat de antioxidantwerking verloren. Klop met een bamboe borstel de Matcha met het water op in een kom tot er mooie schuimlaag ontstaat. Maak een matcha latte: Schuim circa 150 ml melk naar keuze op Doe twee bamboe lepeltjes Matcha thee poeder in een kom (door een zeefje) Voeg hier 60 ml warm water op 75-80 graden aan toe. Klop dit 15 sec op met een bamboe borstel Schenk de matcha in een kopje of glas en voeg hier de opgeschuimde melk aan toe. Voeg eventueel nog wat honing of agave siroop toe en genieten maar!
