Storm en zijn beste vrienden Jimi, Juul en Lara vormen samen de Blockbusters: een geheime club die altijd op ontdekking is. Storms moeder is restaurator van schilderijen en in ‘de bunker’, haar werkplaats aan huis, onderzoekt zij wereldberoemde meesterwerken. Storms moeder werkt aan een heel bijzonder kunstwerk: een muurschildering van Banksy. De complete muur is uit een garage in Engeland gesloopt en naar haar toe gebracht, zodat hij daarna voor veel geld verkocht kan worden. De Blockbusters vinden het maar gek. Banksy maakt zijn streetart toch niet voor niks op straat? Hij wil er iets mee zeggen. Weet hij hier wel van? Storm en zijn vrienden besluiten hem te waarschuwen, maar er is één probleem... niemand weet wie de mysterieuze kunstenaar is. Ze bedenken een plan om met Banksy in contact te komen. Daarvoor moeten ze zelf ook een kunstwerk op straat achterlaten. Lukt het hun om hem te ontmaskeren voor ze zelf betrapt worden?
