Dit relatieve onbekende dorpje zorgt voor intens lekkere (en biologische) wijnen. Een piepkleine appellation in de buurt van Nice, die ongeveer 50 hectare wijngaarden omvat. Deze producent produceert in totaal maar 5000 flessen. Kostbaar maar het geld dubbel en dwars waard. Een prachtige wijn gemaakt van 100% rolle, die geurt naar een dennenbos, wit fruit, ingelegde citroen en een beetje ananas. De smaak is verfrissend, heeft een klein bittertje en een prachtige lange afdronk. Genieten!
