Onze zeezouten komen uit het Missolonghi-bekken, een beschermd natuurgebied in het noordwesten van Griekenland. 100% natuurlijk en zonder toegevoegd aroma, hun zuiverheid en zeldzaamheid maken ze tot uitzonderlijke zouten.
Onze piramidezouten zijn het resultaat van een rigoureus proces dat bestaat uit het terugwinnen van zeewater gedurende een bepaalde periode, zodat hun zoutgehalte constant blijft. Dit zeewater wordt vervolgens zachtjes verwarmd onder specifieke temperatuur- en drukomstandigheden om een perfect piramidevormig kristal te vormen. Deze pure zouten onthullen een uitzonderlijke knapperigheid.
Ons roken is 100% natuurlijk (zonder smaak- of kleurstoffen) en wordt 140 uur lang koud uitgevoerd met beukenhout, wat intense en krachtige aroma's in de mond biedt. De smaak en kleur creëren een uniek zout, ideaal voor het op smaak brengen van uw vlees en groenten. Ook op een coquille is hij heerlijk.
