Pharma Nord Bio-Carnitine Capsules bevatten carnitine; een vitamine-achtige stof, die van nature in het lichaam voorkomt. Samen met stoffen als Q10, is carnitine betrokken bij het op peil houden van de celstofwisseling. Hierbij worden vetzuren, koolhydraten, eiwitten en alcohol omgezet in energie. Carnitine zorgt voor het transport van deze stoffen naar de verbrandingsmotor in de cellen. Daarom is deze stof van vitaal belang. Bij grote fysieke inspanning heeft een carnitineaanvulling op de voeding ondermeer invloed op de verhoging van de capaciteit van spieren om energie te produceren, om prestaties te verbeteren en vermindering van de vorming van melkzuur in de spieren en geeft daarmee minder kans op kramp.

Dosering
