De Bitter Doragrossa Amaro Di Torino is een Amaro afkomstig uit Italië. Het recept is geïnspireerd op de klassieke “medicinale” Amaro van de tijd dat het nog een geneeskrachtige functie had. Halverwege de 19e eeuw veranderde het van medicijn naar een alcoholische drank om van te genieten. Men noemde het dan ook “medicijn voor gezonde mannen”.
Deze karakteristieke Amaro heeft krachtige rabarber, gentiaan en balsamico-tonen. In de afdronk een vleugje jeneverbes gecombineerd met een heerlijke frisheid van wilde venkel en zoethout.
