Dosering
Dagdosering: 1 tot 2 maal naar behoefte 1 dessertlepel (6,5 g) puur innemen of gemengd in muesli, yoghurt, melk, vruchtensap of rauwkost. Niet in warme drank oplossen, omdat belangrijke essentiële vetzuren dan verloren gaan. De aanbevolen dagdosering niet overschrijden.
