Deze wijn is een echte local uit Valencia: heerlijk krachtig rood met een volle, aromatische neus van veel rood fruit, wat eucalyptus en mint. In de smaak is Neleman Bobal dik, rond en vol met houtgerijpte zwarte bes, braam en veel leertonen. Deze rode wijn smaakt heerlijk als hij licht gekoeld is, tot ongeveer 16 graden (10 minuten in de koelkast). Zo accentueer je de frisheid, proef je nog meer fruit en komt de biologische wijn het beste tot zijn recht. De wijn is vegan, CO2 neutraal geproduceerd en komt rechtstreeks van een Nederlandse wijnboer in Valencia.
