Sinds 2019 komen de druiven van Bolla Tufaie uit de Castellaro wijngaard, één van de 33 crus in het Soave gebied. De Bolla Tufaie Soave Classico Superiore DOCG is een volle fijn met een fantastische structuur en een lange afdronk. Aroma’s van citrus, meloen, grapefruit, peer, vleugje kruiden en honing en een intense, zachte smaak. De toegepaste ‘bâtonnage’ techniek zorgt voor een extra smaakdimensie, net als de rijping van een klein deel van het sap van de Tufaie in Franse eikenhouten vaten.Bolla Tufaie Soave Superiore
