De Bonusan Vitamine D3 75mcg 3000IE Capsules bevatten een zeer hoge dosering, goed opneembare vitamine D3. Niet alleen in de herfst en de winter, maar het hele jaar door is de eigen aanmaak van vitamine D onvoldoende. We zitten te veel binnen, dragen een zonnebril of beschermen ons lichaam tegen de zon met zonnebrandcrème en kleding. Dit vermindert de opname van vitamine D aanzienlijk. Vette vis zoals paling, zeewolf en zalm bevatten vitamine D, maar helaas is dat nauwelijks toereikend. Een voedingssupplement met vitamine D3 kan dan uitkomst bieden.
Vitamine D ondersteunt de afweer van het lichaam en zorgt voor het behoud van sterke botten en een sterk gebit. Daarnaast is vitamine D belangrijk voor een normale spierwerking.

Dosering
Eenmaal daags 1 softgel tijdens of vlak na de maaltijd innemen. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.

Niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 10 jaar. Droog en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren. Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren.
