Je zult Bosbuit leuk vinden als je van puzzelen houdt en graag voor moeilijke dilemma’s staat. Je moet namelijk niet alleen steeds de beste kaart voor jezelf kiezen, maar ook kijken of je niet iets heel moois voor een ander laat liggen. De spelregels zijn vrij eenvoudig, dus het spel is ook heel geschikt voor mensen die niet veel ervaring met spelletjes hebben.
Deelnemers moeten bospaden voor hun dieren bouwen die naar het favoriete voedsel van die dieren leiden. Omdat elk dier zijn eigen voorkeuren heeft, is dat nog niet zo eenvoudig. Na 15 ronden is het spel afgelopen en telt iedereen het aantal punten dat hij voor zijn dieren krijgt. Wie de meeste punten heeft, wint Bosbuit
