Nicolas Bouché is niet iemand die snel tevreden is en dat merk je aan de rosé. De afgelopen twee jaar vonden wij het al een hele fijne wijn, maar dit jaar is die nog verder verbetert. De rosé is wat lichter geworden (van kleur en smaak) het rode fruit iets meer naar de achtergrond en daarvoor in de plaats wat frissere tonen. Wij denken dat het op dit moment wel eens een van de beste rosé champagnes op de markt zou kunnen zijn.
